Maye Kongmalay has been practicing meditation for over 25 years. She believes that guided meditation is a valuable tool for new learners who are ready to begin their journey into mindfulness. Her unique approach combines knowledge of the mind (she has earned a Master’s Degree in Psychology) and the undeniable Source Energy. Source Energy can also be defined in Quantum Physics or Universal Laws, as “God” Energy. This knowledge allows Maye to create a space to build a meditation practice for every client. She personally curates tools for each student so they can continue their own meditation practice with confidence.
Her teaching style focuses on the relationship with self (self-love), the hidden gift in focused breathing (breath with purpose), and the power of the present moment (consistent practice).
Meditation has been the foundation for Maye’s own journey through self-healing. Her life in America started as a refugee from Laos when she was 2 years old. Throughout her life she a she always had the desire to help others. Today her work focuses on helping people realize their true power. The human spirit has the ability to heal the emotional body, the mental body and the physical body. Maye strongly believes that we are all healers, when given the correct guidance and tools.
Maye also believes that there is powerful healing energy that surrounds nature. Every meditation session or energy clearing session starts with a sage walk and ends underneath twin palms trees that overlook Pauma Valley and Lokmi Garden’s beautiful avocado orchard.
Maye also offers online sessions via Zoom.

As a dedicated yoga teacher, Claire creates a safe and nurturing space where students can deepen their connection with their bodies and inner selves. Her teaching style emphasizes self-awareness, self-compassion, and mindful presence, encouraging each individual to move with intention and authenticity. She holds space not only the physical practice but a so fir the emotional growth, healing, and personal empowerment. Through breath, movement, an stillness, she aims to guide others toward greater balance, resilience, and a more embodied sense of wholeness.
