LOKMI GARDEN is a ~7 Acre, “Breath-Giving” wellness oasis, overlooking citrus trees, oaks trees and 200 beautiful avocado trees! We are located in Pauma Valley, in the north east mountains of San Diego, California.

Away from the city hustle, Lokmi Garden is nestled in the “Banana Belt”, just below Palomar Mountain.
Lokmi is pronounced, “Lock-my”, meaning flower in the country of Laos.

GUIDED MEDITATION & energy clearing
Through mindful breathing, guided meditation can facilitate our innate ability to heal ourselves. With consistent practice, meditation can help heal trauma, lessen physical pain, calm the body and mind to reduce stress and anxiety.
